  • S. in relevant technical / engineering discipline
  • 1-3 years of industry experience in a product validation or product development role in the Automotive industry
  • Experience in product validation/testing of electric/electronic components is a plus
  • Familiarity with EVs and/or EV battery pack technologies is a plus
  • Excellent organization skills and ability to work on several projects, simultaneously
  • Hands-on person with the ability to solve problems independently in a complex environment
  • Use of project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet and Airtable.
Responsibilities
  • Supports Testing Program Manager for the successful planning and execution of product validations and certifications of battery modules, battery packs, and vehicles with Ample´s swappable batteries
  • Coordinates and follows testing activities related to test sample preparation, supporting tools/equipment availability, external and internal laboratory testing and logistics
  • Coordinates engineering support needed for executing tests internally and externally
  • Ensures the proper documentation of test reports, and the communication of testing results and findings to the appropriate engineering stakeholders
  • Identifies, manages and escalates risks for the timely execution of testing programs
