Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience including public accounting or high tech industry experience
  • CPA and/or Masters in Taxation required
  • Ability to quickly understand and integrate business objectives with tax strategies

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for tax provision, tax compliance, and US indirect tax
  • Oversee income tax provision calculations and projections
  • Manage preparation of income tax returns and disclosures
  • Oversee filing of sales & use and property tax filings
  • Research complex tax issues and prepare technical documentation
  • Establish policy related to significant tax legislation
  • Support financial statement audit process
  • Partner with business leaders on tax planning matters
  • Oversee worldwide transfer pricing documentation
  • Recognize complex technical tax issues and provide analysis
  • Advise Executive Team on new tax laws and proposed legislation
