- 7+ years’ experience delivering consulting services in client-facing roles with exposure to all aspects of systems implementation
- 4+ years hands-on experience with Salesforce.com
- Deep understanding of cloud computing and/or web-based solutions and technologies including Salesforce/Force.com Platform, back-end languages (Visual Basic, Java, C, C++)
- ETL tools (Informatica, Data Stage, Cast Iron, Boomi)
- Strong technical writing skills and the ability to lead the development of comprehensive functional specification documents, process flow diagrams, configuration details, use cases, test conditions, test scripts and training documentation
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; executive level presence and experience facilitating meetings
- Ability to communicate complex technical solutions to non-technical business users
- Salesforce Administrator and/or Developer certification required
- Sales Cloud and Service Cloud Certification will be required but are not a pre-requisite for the role
