Requirements
  • 5+ years in a marketing analytics or marketing operations role within a B2B environment, supporting multiple go-to-market strategies.
  • Expertise in SQL, data visualization tools (Tableau or Thoughtspot), and marketing tools (Google Analytics, Marketo, Salesforce, 6sense, ZoomInfo).
  • Familiarity with data warehousing (Snowflake, Redshift) and ETL tools (Matillion a plus).
  • Proven experience in project management, especially in tech operations, and ability to work cross-functionally with sales, growth, and revenue marketing teams.
  • Strong ability to interpret data into actionable strategies that align with business goals.
  • A results-oriented mindset with a track record of driving business outcomes through data.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to take ownership of projects, execute quickly, and maintain strategic alignment with company objectives.
Responsibilities
  • Analyze website and digital channel performance to maximize conversions.
  • Generate digital performance reports, conduct experiment analyses, and develop actionable insights.
  • Work with the Data Science team on predictive analyses and trends forecasting to inform marketing strategy.
  • Lead the continual enhancement, evaluation, and maintenance of the marketing technology stack, selecting best-in-class solutions to boost visibility, efficiency, and scale.
  • Design and document standardized processes for campaign execution, lead management, data integrity, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Ensure the health, privacy, and compliance of our marketing data, maintaining structures that support personalization, regional targeting, and account-based marketing (ABM).
  • Define lead management standards and coordinate with sales to establish service-level agreements (SLAs) and optimal routing processes.
  • Build reporting and analytics frameworks that empower real-time data access and facilitate self-serve insights across business intelligence platforms.
  • Experiment with new processes and approaches to enhance campaign execution and performance, using data-driven insights to inform improvements.
