Requirements
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, process modeling, and requirements elicitation.

  • Experience defining test scenarios, conducting system impact analysis, and supporting enterprise testing teams to verify system functionality.
  • Proficiency in Agile/Scrum and Waterfall delivery methods.
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines while applying problem-solving, research, and analytical skills.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • A minimum of eight years of experience in Information Technology or related fields is required.
Responsibilities
  • Lead the analysis, documentation, and management of business requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure technical teams fully understand business requirements before solution design and implementation.
  • Work closely with executive management to align IT initiatives with business strategy.
  • Collaborate with other Senior Business Analysts to identify enterprise-wide business solutions.
  • Conduct business process re-engineering and improvement projects.
  • Use Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall project management methodologies to drive projects through Initiate, Plan, Execute, Close, and Monitor/Control phases.
  • Develop business cases using cost-benefit analysis for potential software solutions.
  • Conduct impact analysis of technology changes on business processes and existing systems.
  • Provide mentorship and training to junior and mid-level Business Analysts.
  • Participate in vendor user groups and industry forums to advocate for critical application functionalities.
  • Assist with user acceptance testing and ensure system changes align with business needs.
Desired Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree in a technology, business administration, or healthcare administration-related field is preferred.
