Requirements
  • At least 3 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience, including active work in Customer Service Management and service catalog configuration.
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting, including business rules, client scripts, script includes, UI policies, and Flow Designer.
  • Experience configuring and troubleshooting Representational State Transfer integrations into or out of ServiceNow.
  • Experience developing catalog items and catalog task workflows, including variable sets, catalog UI policies, and task routing.
  • Experience with Hardware Asset Management Pro or IT Asset Management, including asset record lifecycle and configuration item relationships.
  • Familiarity with service-level agreement configuration, reporting, and Performance Analytics in a multi-customer or multi-team environment.
  • Ability to work from architectural direction and design specifications without significant technical hand-holding.
  • Strong written communication skills for documenting configurations, integration specifications, and technical decisions.
Responsibilities
  • Configure and maintain the Customer Service Management workspace for case handling across phone, chat, and email channels.
  • Implement and test the Genesys Cloud integration with the ServiceNow Customer Service Management workspace, including screen pop, case creation, and activity logging.
  • Build and refine Customer Service Management case flows, assignment rules, service-level agreement definitions, and fulfillment notifications.
  • Develop and maintain catalog items and associated catalog task workflows for mobility transaction types.
  • Implement workflow standardization improvements defined by the architect while preserving necessary customer-type differences.
  • Improve fulfiller-facing task guidance, forms, and record layouts.
  • Build and maintain Flow Designer flows and business rules for catalog task automation.
  • Implement Representational State Transfer and Simple Object Access Protocol integrations connecting external customer IT service management systems to the DMI service catalog.
  • Develop inbound request handling, record mapping, error handling, and status callback logic for each integration.
  • Support customer onboarding teams with integration testing, troubleshooting, and documentation.
  • Develop and maintain automation that creates and updates hardware asset and phone number records triggered by catalog transactions.
  • Ensure provisioning, swap, return, and deactivation actions are reflected correctly in Hardware Asset Management Pro records.
  • Ensure record data integrity across Cases, Requested Items, and Catalog Tasks to support service-level agreement and reporting improvements.
  • Build and maintain ServiceNow reports, dashboards, and Performance Analytics indicators for operations, service-level agreement tracking, and management visibility.
  • Configure catalog task list views and dashboard filters for fulfiller and depot staff workflows.
  • Implement updated service-level agreement definitions and reporting structures.
  • Develop platform solutions including business rules, client scripts, UI policies, Flow Designer flows, and custom application logic.
  • Configure and maintain IT service management, Customer Service Management, and Hardware Asset Management Pro modules.
  • Perform day-to-day ServiceNow platform administration, including approved changes to processes, workflows, and workspace configuration.
  • Build and maintain UI Builder workspaces and agent-facing views for Customer Service Management and fulfiller operations.
  • Design and implement bidirectional integrations using Representational State Transfer APIs, Integration Hub, and MID Server.
  • Follow integration standards and reusable patterns defined by the architect.
  • Document integration designs, data mappings, and error-handling procedures.
  • Execute ServiceNow platform upgrades and patches, including regression testing against catalog workflows, integrations, and Customer Service Management configuration.
  • Identify and resolve platform issues, escalating to the architect when architectural decisions are required.
  • Maintain technical documentation for configurations, customizations, and integrations.
  • Work from designs and requirements provided by the ServiceNow Architect and surface implementation questions and constraints early.
  • Collaborate with fulfillment teams, depot staff, and helpdesk leads to understand operational pain points and translate them into platform improvements.
  • Participate in architecture reviews and contribute implementation perspective to design discussions.
  • Provide effort estimates and status updates to support delivery planning.
Desired Qualifications
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification.
  • Certified Implementation Specialist certification in Customer Service Management, IT service management, or Hardware Asset Management.
  • Experience integrating ServiceNow with Genesys Cloud or similar Contact Center as a Service platforms, including computer telephony integration, screen pop configuration, and interaction data synchronization.
  • Experience in a managed services or multi-customer business process outsourcing environment where one platform instance supports multiple external customers.
  • Familiarity with mobile device management, telecom provisioning, or bring-your-own-device, embedded SIM, and physical SIM workflows.
  • Experience with the Automated Test Framework for regression testing catalog and integration logic.
  • ITIL Foundation certification, version 3 or version 4.
