Requirements
  • Board certification by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology.
  • A license, or willingness to become licensed, in the corresponding state of the clinic location.
  • Experience utilizing interventional treatment techniques, preferably transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS).
  • At least 2 years of demonstrable leadership experience.
  • An unencumbered Drug Enforcement Administration registration and a clean criminal background.
  • Must be a United States citizen or hold a Green Card.
  • Some travel is required.
Responsibilities
  • Report directly to the Chief Medical Officer of Serenity.
  • Maintain an outpatient clinical practice using treatment options such as non-invasive neuromodulation (dTMS), ketamine infusions, and medication management.
  • Manage psychiatrists and psychiatric nurse practitioners in the region.
  • Implement company onboarding and training policies for providers.
  • Interview and select providers.
  • Lead and mentor medical staff while fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
  • Oversee clinical operations and ensure adherence to regulatory standards and best practices.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for the region in alignment with organizational goals.
  • Manage regional budgets and allocate resources efficiently and effectively.
  • Implement and enforce healthcare policies and procedures across the region.
  • Communicate with physicians, staff, and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant healthcare regulations and accreditation standards.
  • Analyze healthcare data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
