Responsibilities
  • Handle Telecom Voice Transactions/Requests using various tools to complete transactions
  • Process transactions in a timely manner
  • Ensure transactions are processed efficiently and accurately
  • Maintain records of transactions and ensure proper documentation
  • Resolve issues and discrepancies in transactions
  • Coordinate with internal teams to fulfill requests
  • Adhere to operational and compliance standards
  • Monitor transaction queues and performance metrics
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience in a telecom service provider environment in India
  • Familiarity with telecom voice transaction tools and software
  • Strong numerical and data entry skills
  • Ability to work in shifts
