  • A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred
  • Understanding of financial accounting
  • At least five years of Accounting experience
  • Team player and adaptable
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong time management skills
  • Well planned, organized with keen attention to detail

  • Prepare monthly close journal entries and accrual entries
  • Support accounting team with the month end close process
  • Prepares monthly balance sheets reconciliations
  • Responsible for payroll, payroll liability reconciliations, accrued liability reconciliations and others as needed
  • Provides external auditors with assistance; gathers necessary account information and documents to perform annual audit
  • Verifies and/or reviews invoices associated with specific departments
  • Assist in system implementations and maintenance as needed
  • Improve systems and procedures through documentation and process improvement
  • Contribute to the team's development of accounting processes and implementation of best practice accounting practices
