  • Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • 1 -3 years of experience in program management, or operations
  • Experience with incentive programs is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner
  • Detail‐oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and track program activities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‐paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with CRM or program management software is preferred
  • Strong problem‐solving abilities and the capacity to handle challenging or complex customer issues
Responsibilities
  • Manage incentive programs related processes, ensuring all processes flow efficiently from application through to collection.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for addressing and resolving customer complaints, issues with applications, inquiries related to incentive application status, and clarifying program rules and procedures.
  • Oversee the incentive program application process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with various program guidelines. Collaborate with management providing ongoing updates.
  • Work closely with teams to investigate and resolve issues related to incorrect applications, missing documentation, discrepancies in program submissions, and incorrect payment records.
  • Oversee, review and report on operational metrics and KPIs, maintaining accurate records of application statuses, and program‐related issues.
  • Thorough due diligence identifying opportunities, operational process improvement and enhancing the customer experience by providing feedback and recommendations to management.
  • Collaborate with management in creating and updating forecasts, conducting variance analysis, and preparing presentations.
  • Conduct market and industry research to identify incentive programs applicable to the company’s various products and services.
