  • Minimum 4 years of BDR/SDR experience.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Salesloft, and/or other similar platforms.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly motivated sales professional with a proven track record of exceeding KPI goals.
Responsibilities
  • Lead the Sales Development Representative (SDR) team responsible for outbound prospecting across various sales channels, encompassing advisor and plan sponsor sales.
  • Drive outbound prospecting of new client opportunities with the SDR team, individually driving activity.
  • Support the team in surpassing KPI performance metrics, including call quotas and the number of meetings scheduled with new clients for internal sales teams.
  • Provide coaching to SDRs in sales techniques and best practices.
  • Spearhead the development of new initiatives, collateral, and resources to facilitate ongoing growth and enhancement of the SDR team.
  • Collaborate with other sales leaders to ensure alignment and optimize the team's impact.
  • Collaborate with Sales Enablement and Sales Strategy teams to identify and access leads for the SDR team.
