- Research, test, and benchmark artificial intelligence tools for human-resources and customer-operations use cases, including talent acquisition, performance management, support automation, and workforce management, and deliver cost-benefit comparisons for leadership.
- Model headcount, capacity, and cost for outsourced business-process-outsourcing partners; track service-level-agreement and budget performance; and build the analytical foundation for insourcing, outsourcing, and vendor-change proposals.
- Track performance across people and customer-operations functions, including cost per contact, handle time, service-level-agreement adherence, and engagement scores, and proactively surface risks and gaps to the Chief People and Customer Officer and business-unit leaders.
- Produce executive-ready decks, memos, pre-reads, talking points, and agendas spanning people and customer-operations functions, using Claude, ChatGPT, and Gamma to accelerate drafting, synthesis, and research.
- Coordinate across functions and business units to gather input on people strategy, customer-operations initiatives, mergers-and-acquisitions integration, compensation cycles, and artificial-intelligence adoption efforts.
- Prior exposure to workforce or capacity-planning models, vendor management, or business-process-outsourcing partner environments.
- SQL or business-intelligence tool experience, including Tableau or Looker.
- Familiarity with artificial-intelligence governance requirements.

Point Wild, a cybersecurity provider, has acquired Funambol, a personal cloud solutions company, to strengthen its cloud infrastructure and telecommunications partnerships. Financial terms were not disclosed. Funambol's technology will be integrated into Lat61, Point Wild's AI-powered cybersecurity platform. The acquisition adds secure data storage and synchronisation capabilities to Point Wild's security portfolio whilst expanding its presence in telecommunications through Funambol's established partnerships, including with a major global telecom provider. Funambol's white-label architecture allows partners in telecommunications, finance and digital platforms to embed secure cloud capabilities into their offerings. The company will continue operating under its existing leadership, led by CEO Amit Chawla, whilst benefiting from integration with Lat61's platform. Point Wild serves over 25 million users globally.
LiteLLM supply chain attack compromises thousands-and counting. Head of Data Research Updated: March 26, 2026 On March 24, 2026, the LiteLLM package was targeted in a supply chain attack by TeamPCP. The threat actor published two malicious LiteLLM versions on PyPi (1.82.7 and 1.82.8), which automatically executed a credential-stealing payload and enabled the exfiltration of sensitive data, such as API tokens, cloud data, and SSH keys. The Lightweight Large Language Model Library ("LiteLLM") is an open-source Python library which, through a single API, provides a unified interface for large language models (LLMs). With around 97 million monthly downloads on PyPi, it's hugely popular among AI developers across the globe. At present, it's believed that around 500,000 credentials have already been stolen. But with experts warning that this is the start of a much larger attack, these figures likely scratch the surface. For starters, many traditional security tools failed to detect the exploit (due to their reliance on known vulnerabilities). Furthermore, because LiteLLM is used as a dependency by various other tools, such as Cursor IDE, LangChain, and Crew AI, many developers might be unaware the package is included within their project. As the industry scrambles to mitigate the fallout from the attack, Point Wild has developed a new AI-powered scanner, who-touched-my-packages, which works to scan third-party packages for malicious behavior, including credential harvesting, data exfiltration, obfuscated code, and CI/CD tampering. Who is TeamPCP? TeamPCP has carried a number of high-profile attacks in the last week alone. Several days ago, it compromised Aqua Security's Trivy vulnerability scanner to distribute credential-stealing malware via Github and official releases. Current estimates suggest around 10,000 CI/CD workflows were impacted. The threat actor is also responsible for 'CanisterWorm,' which is an NPM-based campaign that started on March 20 and another campaign targeting Kubernetes clusters. In the latter, the focus wasn't just on stealing credentials and installing backdoors, but on wiping entire Kubernetes clusters. Software supply chain attacks. From attacks targeting open-source packages to zero-day vulnerabilities exploited by ransomware gangs, software supply chain attacks are a key focus for hackers due to the widespread and far-reaching consequences they can have. Instead of targeting one organization at once, hackers are focusing on these attacks in a bid to gain access to thousands of entities through one source. For example, Clop's recent exploit of the Oracle zero-day vulnerability has already led to the breach of nearly 3.8 million records with health insurance giant Humana being one of the latest to issue breach notifications. Point Wild has released a free security tool, who-touched-my-packages, within 24 hours of a supply chain attack on the LiteLLM Python package. The attack, affecting a package with three million daily downloads, enabled exfiltration of SSH keys, cloud credentials and API tokens, with approximately 500,000 credentials already confirmed stolen. The scanner uses behavioural analysis and AI-powered classification to detect zero-day supply chain attacks, including credential harvesting, data exfiltration and obfuscated code. Unlike traditional security tools that rely on known vulnerability databases, it identifies malicious behaviour in real time through dependency graphing, local CVE cross-referencing and active behavioural scanning powered by agentic AI.
