About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager of IT to lead and manage our IT operations for a fast-paced SaaS company. This role will oversee a global IT team responsible for end-user support, network applications, and provisioning/deprovisioning while ensuring alignment with cybersecurity, compliance, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, with a strong understanding of SaaS technologies and enterprise IT frameworks.

Essential Responsibilities

• Team Leadership
• Manage and mentor a global IT team, including help desk staff, network administrators, and application support personnel.
• Ensure timely and high-quality support for end-users across different time zones.
  
  
• IT Operations ManagementOversee the deployment, maintenance, and optimization of core IT systems, including:
• Google Workspace
• Okta (Identity and Access Management)
• Slack (Collaboration)
• Palo Alto (Networking and Security)
• VoIP and telephony systems
• Various SaaS productivity tools
• Mobile Device Management laptop and mobile phone

• User Lifecycle Management
• Develop and streamline processes for provisioning and deprovisioning users, including onboarding/offboarding and access management.
• Collaboration and Support
• Partner with the Cybersecurity team to ensure robust security protocols and incident response practices.
• Collaborate with the Applications and Cyber teams to align IT operations with broader organizational goals.
• Compliance and Audit Support
• Maintain and support SOC 2 and ISO 27001 compliance requirements, including documentation, audits, and remediation activities.
• Implement best practices and policies to uphold regulatory and compliance standards.
• Technology Optimization
• Evaluate, implement, and manage new SaaS tools and technologies to enhance productivity and security.
• Drive continuous improvement in IT processes and workflows.
• Incident Management
• Establish and maintain escalation procedures for IT incidents, ensuring timely resolution and communication.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 8+ years of progressive IT experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within a SaaS or technology company.

• Technical Expertise
• Hands-on experience with Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Palo Alto, and SaaS productivity tools.
• Strong understanding of IT security principles, compliance standards (SOC 2, ISO 27001), and ITIL best practices.
• Skills
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills with experience managing a global team.
• Proven ability to balance strategic vision with tactical execution.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Certifications (Preferred)
• ITIL, CISSP, CISM, or equivalent certifications.
• Google Workspace Administrator, Okta Certified Professional, or similar credentials.

This is an exempt role. Our job titles for each posting may span across more than one job level. The estimated base salary for this role is between $144,930 and $203,811. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target range for new hire base salaries across all US locations. Compensation packages are based on many factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, work experience, relevant trainings and certifications, business needs, market demands and specific geographical location. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for bonus, equity, and benefits.
