We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Finance professional to join our team. The
Accountant/ Associate - Finance will be responsible for assisting with various accounting tasks,
including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance. The ideal candidate
should have a strong understanding of financial principles, excellent quantitative skills, and the ability
to work collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including processing invoices,
reconciling receipts, payments, and resolving discrepancies.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records by entering data into accounting software
and spreadsheets.
Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities, including journal entries and account
reconciliations.
TDS & GST filings.
Ensure correct withholding Tax/ TDS are deducted from the supplier's payment and booked.
Book input GST claims wherever applicable.
Support the preparation of financial reports and statements, including profit and loss
statements and balance sheets.
Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions.
Provide support for audits and financial reviews as needed.
Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
3 to 4 years of experience in finance or accounting roles.
Strong understanding of financial principles and concepts.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Tally.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
