Responsibilities
  • Acting as the main point of contact with company leadership, employees, clients, and external partners
  • Managing calendar, e-mails, calls, and voicemails for senior company leaders
  • Arranging meetings and managing logistics in domestic and international locations
  • Making travel and accommodation arrangements
  • Organizing department expenses and preparing expense reports
  • Learning company systems to teach and inform others
  • Reviewing requests for prioritization with executive partner
  • Preparing materials for meetings, presentations, and communications
  • Managing department-related files and documentation
  • Resolving issues with limited guidance
  • Supporting internal projects and decision making
  • Preparing and managing complex projects, documentation, and correspondence
