Part-time Admin Support - Temporary
Chicago area candidates only
Temp Office Administrator role through December.
Key responsibilities include maintaining office supplies, coffee and snacks, answering staff questions, and assisting with basic IT troubleshooting (such as Wi-Fi or connectivity issues) by following instructions from IT support. The ideal candidate will be professional, reliable, and comfortable communicating with executive leadership who regularly use the space. The office is conveniently located near a train stop, and parking is also available if needed.
Requirements
24 hours per week, with a flexible Monday–Thursday schedule—either 3 full days or 4 shorter days—with consistent hours each week. Starting November 1st, in-office presence will be required on Tuesdays and Thursdays, the busiest days with 35–40 staff onsite.
Degree is not required, but 2–4 years of relevant experience in a business setting is preferred.
