Requirements
  • Master’s degree in theology, ethics, education, business, or related field
  • At least 8 years of progressively responsible professional experience
  • A deep understanding of Jesuit identity, higher education, and mission-driven leadership
  • Experience with community engagement and partnerships
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across diverse groups and foster an inclusive environment and interreligious dialogue
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities
  • Partner with program leaders to design curricular and co-curricular offerings that emphasize reflective engagement with Jesuit values such as Community in Diversity, Cura Personalis, and People for Others
  • Identify key touchpoints and milestones in which Jesuit values could be embedded more meaningfully, such as student orientation, faculty and staff onboarding, and leadership development
  • Collaborate with Advancement and the Dean’s Office to secure funding for mission-focused initiatives, retreats, and the development of a Jesuit Business Center
  • Work closely with the Office of Marketing and Communications to promote community awareness of Jesuit-related offerings and tell the story to external audiences and stakeholders.
  • Represent the McDonough School of Business in university-wide mission and ministry initiatives, aligning school efforts with institutional priorities, and also attract donor, foundation, or corporate sponsorship
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience in Higher Education Administration
  • Familiarity with Georgetown University’s mission and values
  • Experience in promoting mission-driven education, particularly in a business school context
