  • Bachelor of Science degree in related discipline and typically 6 or more years of relevant experience
  • Related experience may be considered in lieu of required education
  • Experience with Computer Aided Engineering tools
  • Knowledge of engineering principles and practices
  • Familiarity working in multi-disciplinary teams
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a Top-Secret U.S. Security Clearance is required
Responsibilities
  • Practice lifecycle ownership relative to electrical integration
  • Provide direct, shop floor, engineering support for electrical & mechanical integration, testing, logistics, and launch phases.
  • Work in tandem with design engineers from concept to final installation, driving continuous improvement
  • Utilize cross-functional resources to drive development of the production schedule, part demand and delivery, GSE, and tooling.
  • Prioritize industry standard, best-practice, and aerospace knowledge to drive well-thought, lean, and functional processes
  • Utilize team-based thinking, and excellent inter-personal skills to ideate with other subject matter experts, engineers, technicians to solve issues
  • Support engineering documentation review and execution to include drafting, revising, alteration, and closure of nominal / off-nominal work instructions.
