Requirements
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Business, Technical Writing, or other related field.
  • Knowledge of aviation, space, and defense industry standards and regulations, including AS9100/ ISO9001.
  • Basic understanding of process improvement and quality methodologies, (PDCA, Lean, etc.)
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, process documentation tools (Turtle diagrams, including SIPOC), and document release processes.
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and individuals to gather information on processes, procedures, and workflows.
  • Conduct interviews with employees throughout the organization to gain a comprehensive understanding of the processes.
  • Draft, edit, and refine technical documents, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and consistency.
  • Create concise and user-friendly process diagrams, procedures, templates, and checklists.
  • Work within the Quality & Mission Assurance and Compliance teams to ensure documentation meets industry standards and regulatory requirements.

  • Exceptional technical writing skills. Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and succinct documentation.
  • Attention to detail. Ability to identify and correct discrepancies ensuring all documentation is accurate and comprehensive.
