Requirements
  • A minimum of three years of experience in office management, administration, or a related role.

  • Ability to read and comprehend position-specific documents and correspondence.
  • Ability to lift five pounds or greater, sit for 90% of the workday at times, bend at the waist, remain mobile when needed, concentrate, and use critical thinking.
Responsibilities
  • Train, comply with, and enforce firm policies, procedures, and expectations.
  • Implement and manage workflow processes within the framework identified by executive management to efficiently achieve goals and responsibilities.
  • Analyze and process reports to ensure proper workflow adherence according to client and firm expectations.
  • Supervise, lead, and mentor support staff to ensure accuracy and high production levels.
  • Use collection software to update and document the status of each account in the assigned inventory.
  • Draft basic pleadings and forms.
  • Communicate effectively and appropriately with team members, internal departments, outside vendors, opposing counsel, pro se parties, and judicial assistants.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Desired Qualifications
  • Legal experience in a high-volume environment.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Administration, or a related field.
