Requirements
  • 8+ years in content editorial with a demonstration of leadership growth
  • Experience developing social media campaigns based on editorial and landing page concepts
  • Experience writing short and long-form articles, landing pages, white papers and multichannel copy
  • Experience working collaboratively with designers to make engaging articles, infographics and digital experiences
  • Exceptional editing, proofreading, and content quality assessment skills
  • Strong understanding of content marketing best practices, style guides, and digital marketing
  • Strong understanding of SEO performance measurements and know how to incorporate them into impactful copy
  • Prior experience managing cross-functional projects as you will be working with multiple briefs at a time
  • Excellent project management and team leadership skills
  • Proficiency with content management systems (CMS) and related tools
Responsibilities
  • Lead and execute comprehensive quality control procedures across all content mediums, ensuring all content meets the highest standards for accuracy, clarity, grammar, and style
  • Collaborate closely with the Senior Director of Content Strategy to ensure all content aligns with the overarching content strategy, objectives, and target audience requirements
  • Maintain consistent style, tone, and messaging across all content, ensuring it aligns with our brand voice and objectives
  • Streamline content production processes, working with writers, editors, and specialists to enhance workflow and operational efficiency
  • Provide strong leadership to the content team, overseeing a team of 3 writers and 3 designers
  • Monitor and report on content performance, using analytics to make data-driven decisions and refine content strategies
  • Ensure all content adheres to brand, legal, regulatory, and company standards. Identify and address compliance issues promptly to maintain alignment with industry regulations
