  • Responsible for achieving ecom sales goals
  • Responsible for managing KPIs and achieving profitable ROAS on all digital channels
  • Collaborate with merchandising, creative, and brand marketing to craft a website content update calendar and execute daily/weekly updatesUtilize a/b testing tools to optimize website performance and drive improved engagement and conversion rates
  • Proactively analyze website performance to identify opportunities for improvements in the experience, features, or content and make recommendations to cross functional teams
  • Own the creative testing cadence, reporting, and communication of results
  • Produce creative briefs and manage site content briefing to the creative team, and internal review and approval process
  • Pull and analyze data across multiple reporting channels, including GA, and Shopify
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Social, Brand, Creative and Merchandising) to understand overall strategy, season planning, and seasonal buys
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction rates while hitting profitability metrics
  • Report on day to day business activities through all relevant KPI's
  • Partner with Merchandise Manager to drive revenue thru product type and assortment
  • Partner with Marketing to optimize marketing driven consumer journeys and related conversion rates
  • Experience with Shopify required
  • A passion for mens and womenswear is essential
  • Consumer focused
  • Analytically oriented with a true obsession for optimizing your KPIs and achieving sales goals
  • A strong relationship with data and how to impact change based on it
  • Able to interact directly with GA360, Shopify, or similar platforms to pull reporting and analysis
  • Willing and able to act on imperfect or incomplete information to accelerate growth
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • 6-8 years of ecom and digital experience
