Job Title: Mircrosoft Dynamics CRM--Lead

Location: Redmond, WA/Renton, WA.

Duration: Full Time

Qualifications Basic:

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education

• At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology

Preferred Skills:

• Aleast 2 years of working experience in Development skills in MS Dynamics CRM ( 2013 & 2015) and related tools - .NET, JavaScript, SQL Server, SharePoint, Web Services.

• Should have functional and architectural knowledge on Dynamics CRM/ other CRM domains with Industry verticals & horizontals. 

• At least 3 years of experience in software development life cycle. Should have been involved in 2-3 full length MS Dynamics CRM implementations including multiple rollouts and/or 2-3 Dynamics CRM complex support projects.

• Understands and is able to articulate best practices related to application enhancements / customizations, integration with other applications are must.

• At least 3 years of experience in Project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects. 

• Excellent understanding of 2-tier and 3-tier architectures, 4GL languages, RDBMS.

• Strong knowledge of CRM development/customization including workflows, plugins, integrations etc.

• Excellent, understanding of MSCRM architecture and its interaction with other interfaced systems in the client environment

• Understands and is able to articulate best practices related to application enhancements/customizations, integration with other applications

• Should have good exposure to and strong knowledge on development on Javascript, .net

• Should be able to contribute to a project suitably in individual capacity 

• Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment.

• Experience on Dynamics Marketing, Parature, Social Engagement is optional

• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment

Job Title: Mircrosoft Dynamics CRM

Location: Redmond, WA.

Duration: Full Time/Permanent

Qualifications Basic:

•Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

• At least 7 years of experience with Information Technology.

Preferred Skills:

• At least 7 years of experience in technology consulting, enterprise and solutions architecture and architectural frameworks

• At least 2 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Azure, ADX Portal and .Net.

• At least 2 years of experience in project execution

• Experience in defining new architectures and ability to drive an independent project from an architectural stand point

• Analytical skills

• Experience on Dynamics Marketing, Parature, Social Engagement is optional

• At least 3 years of experience in thought leadership, white papers and leadership/mentoring of staff and internal consulting teams
