Advanced Quality Manufacturing Manager

We are hiring an Advanced Quality ManufacturingManager to support our rapid customer growth and lead our Quality Control team. Do you thrive on working on the edge? Work in a dynamic environment in which you’ll use your passion, engineering experience, and strong analytical skills to continuously improve customer and Xometry performance from concept to full implementation. The successful candidate will interact with DFM Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Engineering , Case Management, and our Supply Chain (Partner) Network and must have the ability to effectively communicate in a fast paced, multidisciplinary team environment at all levels.
A typical day will consist of leading the Quality Control team, and a myriad of engineering centric activities for internal and external customers. Utilize your strengths as an advanced product quality engineer to improve our Quality Management System and related processes. Using your experience, you will work cross-functionally with internal and external customers teams to improve customer experience by preventing customer complaints and rejections. This person will work closely with engineering and lead a world class organization effectively managing a proactive system following AS9100, ISO 13485, and IATF 16949 requirements through internal and external resources to ensure quick completion.
Qualifications and Experience:
● Minimum of 10 years’ experience in engineering
● Strong leadership experience
● Effective communicator at all levels of the organization
● Effective facilitator of cross functional team meetings
● Good time management / project management capabilities
● Full understanding of ISO 9001 standard (or equivalent)
Preferred Qualifications:
● Familiar with Google Workspace, Looker, Salesforce, Tableau, ASANA, SolidWorks
● Familiar with regulatory audits
• Familiar with Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP)
