People Operations Interns at Curai
As a People Operations Intern, you will provide support to the People Operations team by managing the scheduling and coordination of candidate interviews. You will also have the opportunity to interact with stakeholders across the company. This position will provide hands-on experience with recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding. Additional work will include projects related to increasing the efficiency of the People Operations team. It’s a great opportunity for someone who wants to build their skills and learn more about the role of People Operations in a startup environment. This internship will be up to 6 months with the potential to convert to full-time.

What You’ll Do
A day in life as a Curai People Operations Intern is spent doing things like:
• Working a minimum of 20 hours a week (potential to work more).
• Checking and responding to emails M-F morning (PST time).
• Supporting hiring managers and recruiters by scheduling interviews through the company’s scheduling software.
• Sending out confirmation emails and interview reminders.
• Following up with candidates within our company’s standard response time.
• Working with interviewers to find appropriate interview times.
• Working on additional projects with team members such as researching onboarding automation systems and making a recommendation.
What You’ll Need
We recognize not everyone will have all of these requirements. If you meet most of the criteria below and you’re excited about the opportunity and willing to learn, we’d love to hear from you. You should have:
• Minimum 1 year experience working with external customers, clients, etc (in a remote environment, preferred).
• Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment, is a plus.
• Ability to draft emails without spelling or grammatical errors.
• Experience working independently, can get work done, and prioritize accordingly.
• Experience working within Google Drive.
The compensation range for this role is $15-20/hr based on experience.
