Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience primarily in media strategy and planning in both agency and in house settings
  • Understanding of media and measurement trends, tools and approaches for full funnel campaigns, as well as media budgeting principles and approaches
  • Experience managing large scale budgets, inclusive of multi-channel investment
  • Experience navigating cross-functional teams, representing a clear POV, and advocating for media objectives across varying levels of collaborators and stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience working with regions and markets outside of the U.S.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities
  • Develop data-backed strategies that offer a clear POV and strong rationale, looking beyond individual campaigns to solve global and portfolio challenges
  • Partner closely with core cross-functional teams, such as Marketing S&P and Data Science to design media strategies, identify testing opportunities, and uncover critical insights and learnings
  • Manage global investment via Joint Business Plans, across partners and regions, ensuring programs continually add value and deliver results
  • Develop best practices and guidelines, manage adherence across global teams and agency partners
