About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and driven Partner Success Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the effective execution of partnership agreements supported by our consumer and provider insights solutions. This individual will drive revenue through a designated set of high-priority partners while managing both current and prospective relationships.
Responsibilities:
Partnership Management: Overseeing the operation of the strategic partner ecosystem in the healthcare market to ensure that partnerships are executed successfully.
Relationship Development: Cultivating deep relationships with vertical sales teams, commercial strategy, innovation, and product management to drive activities such as pipeline reviews, monthly status updates, and new product ideation.
Sales Execution: Collaborating with LNRS Market Sales Executives to enable sales through partner channels. This includes educating partners, facilitating discussion and collaboration between Partner and LNRS teams, and driving shared pipelines and opportunities.
Marketing and Thought Leadership: Advance sales and support efforts through co-marketing, conference speaking engagements, and thought leadership development to enhance the visibility and impact of our partnerships.
Performance Monitoring: Monitor and evaluate partnership sales and revenue success metrics to ensure targets are met and to identify areas for improvement.
Reporting: Collaborate with sales operations to develop monthly reports against partnership goals, providing transparency and insights into partnership performance.
Requirements:
Must have 5+ years of proven experience in a sales or business development role within the healthcare industry.
Strong understanding of partnership agreements, sales processes and dynamics.
Experience with Master Data Management Systems, Electronic Health Records, Provider Data Management platforms, and Healthcare Operational tools (e.g., Facets, Revenue Cycle Management Tools) Required.
Demonstrate the ability to build solid relationships and networks in a matrixed environment, possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Have business acumen, strategic planning, creativity, highly developed leadership and interpersonal skills, quantitative analytical abilities, and outstanding communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to work across a highly matrixed organization, interacting, influencing, negotiating effectively with all levels of leadership and peers.
