Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 10 years HR experience with at least 3 years of HRBP experience
  • Ability to influence and manage change and deal effectively with change management initiatives.
  • Track record of strong business partnership and cross functional collaboration within a dynamic, fast paced environment; a strategic leader who takes initiative and ownership.
  • Strong business acumen and sound knowledge of applicable employment laws, regulations, and business practices
  • Proficiency in HR software and systems
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Experience with employee relations, HR investigations, and performance management

Responsibilities
  • Partner with senior leadership to understand strategic objectives and develop HR strategies that support organizational goals.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and provide expert advice and guidance on HR matters, including talent management, organizational development, organization design, workforce planning and employee relations.
  • Align HR initiatives with business strategies to drive performance and growth and provide data-driven insights and recommendations to influence decision-making.
  • Lead talent management processes, including succession planning, performance management, and leadership development & coaching for client group in partnership with Global Talent Director.
  • Partner closely with business, Talent, and Finance Department regarding workforce planning strategy.
  • Identify and address talent gaps and implement strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture by implementing initiatives that promote employee engagement, diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions for client groups while maintaining compliance with labor laws and company policies and partner closely with Employee Relations COE on these efforts.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, innovation, and patient-centricity.
  • Lead and manage change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and effective communication.
  • Create and implement change management strategies to support organizational transformations and other initiatives.
  • Communicate effectively with employees to ensure understanding and on board for change initiatives.
  • Apply HR metrics and analytics to inform decision-making and measure the effectiveness of HR programs for the aligned business.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to senior leadership on key HR indicators and trends.
  • Implement data-driven solutions to improve HR processes and outcomes.
  • May have responsibilities to manage HR budget for the aligned business.
