Requirements
  • At least 7.5 years of relevant work experience.
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree.
  • Extensive technical experience with Java, Spring, and Hibernate.
  • Experience developing code using Eclipse, MyEclipse, JetBrains IntelliJ, or another major Java integrated development environment.
  • Experience with Git, Stash, Maven, and Jenkins.
  • Extensive experience developing application programming interfaces using SOAP or REST, JSON, XML, OAuth, SAML, and other relevant API standards.
  • Experience with SQL data stores such as DB2 and MySQL, and Unix or Linux platforms.
  • Experience developing tools and automation, including continuous integration and continuous delivery, auto-deployment, system availability, logging, and monitoring.
  • Some experience with streaming platforms such as Kafka.
  • Ability to write clean, coherent code following established coding guidelines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
  • Design code and systems that influence internal standards for scalability, security, and reusability.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to create design artifacts and develop software solutions for multiple technical offerings.
  • Contribute to product quality improvements, service technology, and new business flows in agile squads.
  • Develop robust and scalable products for merchants, business-to-business, and business-to-government customers.
  • Build payment services, transaction platforms, real-time payments, and buy now, pay later technology.
  • Understand requirements and apply relevant technical knowledge.
  • Contribute to development and solution strategies that improve the design and functionality of interface features across project features with minimal guidance.
  • Use programming languages such as HTML, C++, and Java to write code fulfilling website modification requests and technical requirements.
  • Support the piloting of new technology capabilities and features that enhance e-commerce website experiences.
  • Analyze bugs for simple issues and use debugging tools to verify assumptions.
