Responsibilities
  • Develop a deep understanding of Everflow’s platform to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.
  • Capture and evaluate ideas and feature requests from customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Prioritize the product backlog in alignment with business goals and product vision.
  • Translate product requirements into clear specifications for design and engineering.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (Product, CS, Marketing, Engineering) to ensure successful feature releases.
  • Define and implement workflows to guide team members and streamline collaboration.
  • Continuously monitor product performance post-release and gather feedback to inform iteration.
Desired Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Developer experience preferred but not necessary.
  • PMP or CAPM a plus.
