- Backup infrastructure design, implementation and administration including: Tape libraries (Quantum), Deduplication appliances
- Managing a Symantec NetBackup 6.X/7.X environment including: Vault, OpsCenter, Storage Lifecycle Policies, OST, Oracle/SQL/Exchange backups, Virtualization backups
- Installation, configuration and support of Microsoft Clusters (2003/2008)
- Performance analysis and tuning
- Projects coordination, implementation and management
- Troubleshooting storage/backup topologies
- Programming and/or scripting proficiency
- Experience with UNIX/Linux
- DFS (Windows) deployment and administration
- Experience with networking, routing, TCP/IP
- Capable of providing 7x24 on-call support and troubleshooting
