Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree with a concentration in Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, Communications, or a related field is required.
  • At least five years of professional experience is required.
  • Ability to understand new and changing technologies and processes.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the centralized editorial calendar to support content visibility, transparency, production, brand governance, and regulatory compliance.
  • Lead content inventory and curation updates to central repositories, including content asset management systems, websites, marketing automation platforms, and Enterprise Vault.
  • Maintain a detailed content inventory, identify gaps, and make recommendations to senior leadership, business line leaders, and the Marketing team.
  • Aggregate and maintain content inputs, including audience insights, personas, messaging, competitive information, and feedback from content contributors and users.
  • Contribute to content lifecycle management from creation and editing through approvals, publishing or activation, auditing, measurement, curation, and maintenance.
  • Create, manage, contribute to, and publish content supporting inbound content marketing and outbound content programs in collaboration with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts.
  • Manage content localization based on content strategy, regional needs, and expectations.
  • Design and optimize workflows, standards, and processes for content asset management with content and campaign teams.
  • Collaborate with web and digital teams to audit, draft, and optimize website messaging.
  • Develop, edit, and optimize web copy in alignment with search engine optimization and generative engine optimization best practices.
  • Support the content team as needed to maintain a strong content function.
  • Perform other assigned duties.
