  • 3-5 years experience managing a sales pipeline (tech or retail background preferred)
  • Demonstrated leadership ability
  • Experience working in a collaborative team-first environment including working with cross-functional teams, internally and externally
  • Ability to work with complex data to drive insights and action
  • Exceptional communication skills that allow you to lead and influence thinking internally and externally
  • Fluent in French, nice to have
Responsibilities
  • Deliver sales targets through leadership of the entire sales cycle (prospecting, pitching face-to-face, proposal, and account management)
  • Quarterbacking internal resources against external expectations
  • Maintain an accurate SalesForce Pipeline and report on movement, opportunities, challenges and results on a weekly basis
  • Coach the Business Development Specialist to help them understand/manage internal stakeholders and teams, train on selling skills, and provide general operational support
