Requirements
  • Must have a Bachelor degree of Science in STEM discipline AND 9 years of related professional/military experience in Engineering. OR a Master's degree in a STEM discipline AND 7 years of related professional/military experience in Engineering.
  • Must have experience in Systems Test Environment
  • Must have prior management / leadership experience.
  • Must have an active In-Scope Secret Clearance (investigation within last 6 years)
  • Must have ability to obtain and maintain Access (PAR) within a reasonable period, as determined by the company to meet its business needs.
Responsibilities
  • Must be willing to work any shift depending on business needs.
  • Provide technical products and planning coordination for the Test IPT as the manager for the system under test.
  • Fill in as needed as the Cost Account Manager overseeing a substantial operating budget producing budget forecasting and analysis.
  • Lead point of contact for the test team and will coordinate and oversee all maintenance and test activities for the system under test.
  • Maintain and specify test article configurations and coordinate all test modifications.
  • Ensure all test article activity has the required authorization, schedules activities, and assigns priorities.
  • Coordinate with local and remote test facilities / ranges, other Special Projects IPTs, subcontractors, and government agencies.
  • Report on article status and provides detailed reports to Senior Management as required.
