  • Deep understanding of system engineering principles and methodologies, with a strong focus on ADAS and AD technologies
  • Deep understanding of AI-based system metrics development and performance validation, familiarity with Machine Learning technologies

Responsibilities
  • Lead systems engineering projects to accelerate system development and support business goals
  • Oversee the ADAS and AD system performance. Define, measure and monitor performance metrics
  • Develop system validation strategy, break system level performance metrics down to subsystem performance requirements, develop test methodologies and test suites to quantify system and subsystem performance, highlight performance gaps
  • Lead the activities to assess readiness of commercial deployment in different ODDs
  • Lead safety risk assessment in the framework of Safety Management Systems (SMS)
  • Oversee the ADAS and AD system architecture with different vehicle platforms
  • Ensure ADAS and AD systems comply with regulatory requirements, support the development of safety cases
  • Work closely with engineering, product and operations teams to ensure system performance goals are met
  • Build and lead the systems engineering team, foster a collaborative and innovative work environment
