Requirements
  • 3+ years experience in software engineering and/or technical program management
  • Creative technical problem-solving with proven agile planning, with a track record of getting things done
  • Experience working with large distributed systems in critical production service environments
  • Experience in event/incident/problem/change management
  • Experience with collaboration tools like JIRA, Confluence and Asana
  • Familiarity with tools and standard methodologies around developer tooling, cloud technologies, or data infrastructure
  • Platform-thinking and a customer-centric approach
Responsibilities
  • Be the glue that helps the team get things done including applying agile best practices, running meetings, gathering requirements, and coordinating larger planning activities across our teams
  • Help prioritize projects by creating project plans, identifying risks and constraints, providing mitigation plans, and reporting status to key partners
  • Coordinate across team lines to lead, track and deliver outcomes for our teams while handling trade-offs
  • Provide visibility by holding the responsibility for regular reporting to key partners on project and program status
  • Engage in service capacity planning, demand forecasting, software performance analysis and system tuning with our engineers
  • Help track and improve reliability by analyzing incidents and failure as part of a continual improvement process across our engineering organization
  • Partner and collaborate with Engineering Leads and Product Managers to ensure smooth and timely delivery of business outcomes
  • Build relationships with engineers across Peloton
