Requirements
- 2-3 years experience at a senior marketing executive level
- Proficient in marketing principles with a keen grasp of ROI and measurement metrics
- Demonstrated project management prowess, adept at handling multiple projects simultaneously within tight deadlines
- Ability to cultivate a deep understanding of target audiences and product offerings
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Skilled in copywriting, proofreading, and meticulous attention to detail
- Strong analytical capabilities for data-driven decision-making
- Exemplary interpersonal skills fostering effective teamwork and collaboration
- Proficiency in computer operations including Gsuite suite (Docs, Sheets, and Slides)
- Familiarity with email platforms such as Adestra, Selligent, and Swoogo is advantageous
- Proficiency in utilizing CMS for website development particularly programs like Swoogo
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to drive top-tier delegates and registration revenue for Media Entertainment, AV & Audio, and Education events in the B2B portfolio
- Craft compelling go-to-market materials and boost visibility among potential sponsorship clients
- Execute comprehensive 360-degree marketing strategies for events including email campaigns, partnerships, PPC, social media, advertising, print and digital initiatives, sales campaigns, and PR efforts
- Engage with internal stakeholders to represent and promote events
- Develop and maintain event websites while leveraging Google Analytics for monitoring and reporting purposes
- Coordinate the creation and delivery of campaign assets for each initiative
- Report key campaign metrics, measure against KPIs, and offer insights to inform future strategies
