Requirements
  • Have between 4 and 6 years of experience, ideally in management control, financial planning and analysis, strategy consulting, or audit.
  • Be rigorous and comfortable with complex financial models, including building forecast or business-plan models.
  • Be able to construct rigorous analyses and make them clear and actionable for operational managers and executive committees.
  • Enjoy obtaining information directly from teams by asking questions and understanding their operational realities.
  • Be comfortable communicating directly with a chief financial officer or executive committee and translating strategic vision into a concrete financial plan.
  • Communicate clearly and confidently, with strong business acumen and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Have advanced proficiency in Excel and G-Sheet and prior experience using financial planning and analysis tools such as Anaplan, Pigment, Adaptive Insight, or equivalent.
  • Have professional working proficiency in English.
Responsibilities
  • Consolidate the group’s financial data across all entities and countries to produce a coherent and reliable group-wide view.
  • Build and maintain group forecasting and business-plan models by incorporating different scenarios and assumptions.
  • Prepare reports and analyses for the chief financial officer and leadership, transforming complex data into actionable recommendations for strategic decisions.
  • Ensure the reliability and consistency of financial data across entities and flag detected anomalies or inconsistencies.
  • Act as a business partner to managers in the assigned scope and provide financial analyses and models to support decision-making.
  • Monitor budget consumption for the assigned business areas and produce monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Lead regular budget reviews with business leadership, analyze budget-versus-actual variances, identify risks, and propose corrective actions.
  • Develop and monitor financial performance indicators to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Evaluate the profitability of new projects, investments, or initiatives by providing structured financial analysis.
  • Contribute to simplifying and automating recurring financial planning and analysis processes to improve efficiency.
  • Participate in creating dashboards and tools that enable Finance to manage the business more effectively.
