  • Being the first point of contact for employee inquiries
  • Supporting HR processes including onboarding, benefits administration, employment changes, offboarding, etc.
  • Maintaining and updating HRIS system and personnel files
  • Assisting with wider HR projects
  • Working closely with recruitment and other departments for support
  • Administering new hire background checks
  • Managing HR mailbox efficiently
  • Drafting employee correspondence
  • Providing ad hoc assistance to the People Team
