Responsibilities
  • Being the first point of contact for employee inquiries
  • Supporting HR processes including onboarding, benefits administration, employment changes, offboarding, and other employee-related matters
  • Maintaining and updating HRIS system and personnel files
  • Assisting with wider HR projects
  • Working closely with recruitment on facilitating and onboarding new hires
  • Collaborating with other departments to resolve matters in a timely manner
  • Administering new hire background checks
  • Maintaining internal process documentation accuracy
  • Managing the HR mailbox efficiently
  • Drafting employee correspondence
  • Providing ad hoc assistance to the People Team
