Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service through various channels
  • Respond to inquiries and resolve member issues
  • Educate members on services, policies, and procedures
  • Assist with account setup and management
  • Escalate complex issues for resolution
  • Maintain accurate records of member interactions
  • Identify opportunities to improve member satisfaction
  • Collaborate with other departments for a seamless member experience
  • Assist in scheduling member appointments and guiding with medical intake forms
  • Manage and resolve incoming complaints
  • Engage in new member and milestone retention calls
  • Record and report on member satisfaction
  • Take on additional tasks and projects as needed
