·Make and receive calls from warm, inbound leads

✅ Who We’re Looking For

·No mortgage experience needed—paid training provided

·Bachelor’s degree OR experience in sales, military, or commission-based roles

·Outgoing, competitive, and naturally strong with people

·Excellent communication skills (phone, written, and in-person)

·Highly motivated by income, growth, and performance

·Thrives under high expectations and fast-paced environments

·Self-starter with strong organization and problem-solving skills
