Created investor-facing content: In partnership with our communications, finance, and legal teams, covered ongoing updates (e.g. quarterly board readouts), specific strategic events (e.g. M&A), and overall corporate overviews
Engaged with the sell-side: Built strong ongoing relationships with analysts and banks, especially as we evaluate entering the public markets
Engaged with investors: Built strong ongoing relationships with institutional investors, both existing and prospective, and attracting long-term capital aligned with the Komodo story
Covered the market: Monitored movement in our strategic, financial, and regulatory landscape, and articulating to investors and employees how those shifts impact our business
Evaluated capital strategy: Evaluated strategic financing options across the debt and equity spectrum

This role will be a key internal and external leader as our business continues to experience hypergrowth and we engage with a broader set of investors.

Compensation at Komodo Health

We are committed to providing competitive compensation for all roles at Komodo Health. We carefully consider multiple factors when determining compensation, including your skills, experience, and location while balancing internal equity relative to peers at the company. The targeted base salary range for the Manager, Investor Relations role is $153,100 to $255,100 plus a competitive bonus and equity package.

Where You’ll Work

Komodo Health has a hybrid work model; we recognize the power of choice and importance of flexibility for the well-being of both our company and our individual Dragons. Roles may be completely remote based anywhere in the country listed, remote but based in a specific region, or local (commuting distance) to one of our hubs in San Francisco, New York City, or Chicago with remote work options.
