Requirements
- Seasoned Tibco administrator with design and installation experience of Tibco infrastructure BW/EMS from scratch in clients with large infrastructures
- Ability to script and automate day-to-day tasks (primarily deployments, start/stop)
- Ability to understand and work with Development teams, leads, and architects
- Experience setting up performance tuning practices in Tibco BusinessWorks and Enterprise Message Service and application server group (ASG)
- Strong troubleshooting skills including SSL, memory, and messaging issues, and using tools to speed incident resolution
- Ability to independently drive conversations and oversee quality of work and deliverables from offshore teams in these areas
Responsibilities
- Design and install Tibco infrastructure BW/EMS from scratch for clients with large infrastructures
- Script and automate day-to-day tasks including deployments and starting/stopping Tibco services
- Collaborate with Development teams, team leads, and architects
- Set up performance tuning practices in Tibco BW/EMS and ASG
- Conduct overall troubleshooting including SSL, memory, and messaging issues; use tools to speed incidents and problem resolution
- Independently drive conversations and oversee quality of work and deliverables from offshore teams in these areas

- MQ and MFT experience optional; desire to learn this is needed
