Responsibilities
  • Support the full lifecycle of subcontracts and purchase orders, from initiation to closeout
  • Review subcontractor proposals and procurement documentation
  • Draft, negotiate, and administer subcontractor task orders and purchase orders
  • Manage subcontractor invoice approvals, collaborating with subcontractors, project staff, and the accounting team to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Maintain well-organized records, update tracking spreadsheets, and help prepare for audits
  • Conduct contract-related research to assist with decision-making and compliance
  • Facilitate the subcontractor closeout process, ensuring all required documentation is complete and accurate
