  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, project management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven experience (10+ years) in program management, project management, or PMO leadership roles, preferably in a complex organizational environment.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required or ability to obtain certification in the first year of employment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic direction and leadership for the Program Management Office (PMO), aligning program and project objectives with the organization's goals and priorities.
  • Establish and maintain governance frameworks, policies, and procedures to ensure effective oversight and control of all programs and projects.
  • Define, implement, and continuously improve the business operating system (BOS) for the company, encompassing processes, procedures, and methodologies to enhance operational efficiency, quality, and scalability across all functions and departments.
  • Identify and mitigate risks proactively, implementing effective risk management strategies to minimize potential impacts on program timelines and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executive leadership, department heads, and project sponsors, to ensure alignment and support for program initiatives.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to a team of program managers and project management professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Define and track program performance metrics, OKRs, and dashboards to monitor progress, identify trends, and drive accountability for results.
  • Lead organizational change initiatives related to project management practices, methodologies, and tools, ensuring effective adoption and implementation across the organization.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the PMO, including process optimization, standardization of project management practices, and adoption of industry best practices.
