Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role, including professional or military experience, internships, or school leadership positions.
  • Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work with multiple computer systems.

Responsibilities
  • Process and prepare purchase mortgage loans, including FHA, VA, conventional, and USDA loans.
  • Verify the accuracy of and adherence to investor guidelines for all documents required for a complete underwriting submission.
  • Provide consistent communication on loan status to customers to ensure a smooth mortgage transaction.
  • Maintain quality work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Use multiple computer screens and software programs to multitask.
  • Use critical-thinking and problem-solving skills to process loans.
  • Cultivate relationships with peers as a peer mentor.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Complete online classroom learning, mentorship, job shadowing, and instructor-guided training in mortgage systems and applications.
  • Learn about the mortgage application process, loan products, investor guidelines, and regulations.
