- A Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Science, or a related field of physical science with 0-2 years of experience in product development and/or consumer healthcare industry
- Proficiency in computer applications for research, data analysis, and report generation
- A good foundation in general scientific practice and in the principles and concepts of a science discipline
- Conduct analytical laboratory experiments to support the development of global consumer healthcare products
- Be responsible for a wide range of activities in support of product development
- Follow general instructions to complete assignments that contribute to the completion of projects
- Analyze data and prepare technical summaries/reports under supervision
- Record experimental details and data into electronic laboratory notebooks
- Read and understand Standard Operating Procedures and Batch Operating Procedures and follow policy, procedures and applicable government regulations
- Critically review the laboratory notebooks and other written records of scientists
- Utilize the Laboratory Information Management System to capture the results of analytical testing and/or submit samples for testing
- A basic understanding of analytical methods and laboratory techniques; previous experience with High-Performance Liquid Chromatography is a plus
- Preferred candidates should demonstrate good interpersonal and communication skills and possess a high degree of learning agility
