Requirements
  • General knowledge of a variety of basic topics, such as math, reading, keying, etc.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Up to 3 months of pack building or related experience a plus.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide.
  • Ability to be thorough and organized based on company standards.
Responsibilities
  • Maintains accurate and up to date production lists for each pack.
  • Ensure all pack containers are thoroughly cleaned.
  • Receives work orders from CSW and reads work orders to ascertain catalog number, size, color, and quantity of product.
  • Pick product from bins or shelves and organizes in work area for production of the pack.
  • Produces packs in a standardized and efficient manner according to the company standards.
  • Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Maintains necessary supplies required for daily pack production.
  • Maintains flexible hours as required in order to ensure customer needs are met.
  • Maintains clean, neat, and orderly work area that meet or exceed the company standards for a CARE room.
  • Ability to communicate and present job functions during customer visits.
  • Assists in maintaining the security and safety of the warehouse and CARE room.
