Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning and execution of all productions, including ecommerce, editorial, social, and events, from concept to completion.
  • Manage all production logistics, including scheduling, budgeting, location scouting, casting, and vendor negotiations.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop briefs, timelines, and schedules that align with brand objectives.
  • Oversee on-set operations, ensuring a smooth workflow, timely execution, and adherence to creative direction.
  • Function as the main point of contact for external partners, including freelancers, models, agents, and vendors.
  • Manage production calendar, identifying potential risks or challenges, and implement effective solutions to mitigate issues and ensure projects remain on schedule.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
