Requirements
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
  • 2 years of relevant experience in leadership, HR generalist, or related area
Responsibilities
  • Establishes and maintains effective, collaborative working relationships with assigned client groups.
  • Advises on matters related to employment such as transfers, promotions, demotions, performance correction, performance evaluations, job classifications, etc.
  • Collaborates with HR Business Partners in helping leaders develop and sustain a positive and engaged culture.
  • Navigates team member concerns with minimal complexity regarding employment-related matters such as situations where investigations are required to determine the details that occurred (i.e. timecard fraud, sleeping on the job, social media concerns, misconduct, etc.); partners with Fact Finders on larger, more complex cases as needed.
  • Supports leaders in navigating interaction with HR COEs to help resolve team member issues.
  • Responsible for tracking cases in ServiceNow and sharing relevant metrics.
  • Assist in answering leader Workday and Service Now navigation and transaction questions.
